At Indigo Civil, we offer a wide range of civil, environmental, and stormwater management services for public and private clients. Our services include:

CIVIL DESIGN

Indigo has the experience and knowledge to successfully lead and complete highly complex design projects, from the feasibility/concept stage through final design.  Our focus on early and continuous quality control is driven by our goal of minimizing change orders during construction.

HYDROLOGY & HYDRAULICS

Indigo Civil has experience in a wide range of H&H related services, from site drainage to watershed level master planning.  Our advantage is our technical expertise, experience, and a focus on staying abreast of the latest technologies and approaches.

PM/CM SERVICES

Indigo Civil's PMs have proven experience managing complex CIP projects through the complete project lifecycle, including coordinating the preparation of design plans, controlling cost and schedules, navigating environmental clearances and securing necessary permits.

STORMWATER REGULATORY SUPPORT

Indigo Civil has expertise in NPDES permit compliance, including Phase I and Phase II MS4 permits, the Industrial General Permit, the Construction General Permit, and TMDL requirements, from monitoring, sampling, reporting, or planning.

GIS SERVICES

Indigo Civil can provide GIS support services for tasks ranging from map creation, database creation, data management and analysis, asset management, and field data collection.  We have experience with both ArcGIS and QGIS.

ENVIRONMENTAL
SERVICES

Indigo Civil can provide assistance with CEQA/NEPA document preparation, water quality technical reports, jurisdictional permit applications (401, 404, 1602), and sustainability ratings through the ISI Envision rating system.
