As project managers, Indigo Civil staff have successfully managed dozens of large and complex Capital Improvement Projects with project construction budgets ranging from $1M - $100M. We have experience directing large, cross-functional project teams through concept, design, environmental and permitting, and the construction phase.

Our experience gives us the foresight to identify potential risks and obstacles and devise strategies to mitigate or overcome them before they impact the project schedule or budget.

Collaboration and Communication

Our PM/CM philosophy is to adopt the same level of ownership and responsibility for the project's success as the project owner. Key to this is forming a close collaborative relationship with the project owner, the project development team, regulatory agencies and permitting authorities, external stakeholders, and the construction contractor to ensure constant communication and an alignment of project goals.
